To qualify, simply initiate the return within 25 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap for Book, Music, and Video products). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3 - 5 days from the time we receive the return to process your refund.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of $4.95 per-item OR 15% (instead of the $4.95 per-item fee) if the item is from our Bulk Buys & Business Supplies tab and the Electronic and Computer categories. A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to select Oversized Items.

For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be applied to your handbaglife.com account as an in-store credit.

• When this product is delivered, make sure to carefully inspect it for any damage or defects.

• No partial case pack returns will be accepted. If you return a case pack item from the Bulk Buys & Business Supplies tab, it must be returned in the original shipping pack with all individual items unopened.
  
• Items received back at our warehouse after 30 days from the original ship date will not be accepted back. We will return these items to you.
