How soon can I receive my goods?
Most orders will ship out from handbaglife.com (Shanghai, China). After your payment was charged, we'll have 2-3 business days to process your order (Custom-made items need 20-25 business days). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 3-7 business days for EMS/DHL Delivery or take 14-20 business days by registered air mail to reach your hand. And you will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped .Please note If you choice EMS DHL, You phone No. is required. Item must be received and sign by the people in the address. EMS or DHL will call you in case of that they can not find people in the address and they never leave the item in front of your door. They will send it back after 2 or 3 times delivery. We encourage you to leave you phone No. to increase safety and avoid delay of shipping.

We pride ourselves in individually hand wrapping each and every item personally and depending on the material type of good will use the appropriate protective packing material to avoid any foreseeable transit miss-handling that may occur. We use bubble-wrap, foam peanuts, thick plastic and cardboard protective packaging for packaging.
